The villa belongs to a private resort in northern Mamaia.Resort area is 10,000 square meters and contains:7 villas, pool, dock, play and socialization area, beautiful garden. This villa has 4 private entry and include four duplex apartments with 3 rooms. Each apartament include: ground floor- living room with open-space kitchenette with cooking hob,outside dining area,private terrace, private lawn, grill, bog sofa,tv, complete vessels and toilet with shower; level 1: 2 separate bedrooms with clima and balcony each and the second bathroom with shower; total area of the villa is 360 square meters.. The villa has individual entrances and can also be rented to smaller groups. Please contact me for details.

The complex is focused on large families and groups of friends wishing to spend time together in the same location. Distance to the beach is 375 meters, 3 minute walk; club area - 1.5 km, 10-15 minute walk.
