Our 65 sqm apartment is positioned on the first floor of the 2018 constructed double-storey building.

The fascinating 2-room apartment has got one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, bathtub). The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (king-size, two separate mattresses in extra length) and a beautiful wooden wardrobe. The lounge with a fully fitted open-plan kitchen has got a big window and a sliding door (both 3-meter width) and leads to an extraordinarily beautiful balcony/terrace. From here, our guests can enjoy a stunning view of the garden/swimming pool and the mountain setting of the back slope of Table Mountain. The lounge and bedroom are fitted with an aircon system.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, such as a big fridge/freezer-combo, induction stove and extractor, microwave oven and sink.

4. Use of pool daily between 8 am and 8 pm. Cleaning robot must not be removed from pool, taken apart, or climbed on.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hans O. (the owner) a message.

If Hans O. (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
