The apartment is located on the famous Bolivar boulevard, approximately half block from the famous Avenida Maximo Gomez, 2 blocks from the USA Consulate, 2 blocks from the National Conservatory of Music. The apartment is located near the major embassies and consulate not a coincidence as for some diplomats it represents the most secure and prominent area of Santo Domingo barrios and for others it represents the only place to live. You will find that our apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the city within easy walking distant to the well-known Malecom waterfront district which view might be appreciated from the balcony. Near major hotels, casinos, subway line, museums, art galleries, restaurants, clubs and cafes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
