Standing in a sizeable plot of land at an area of natural beauty, this large holiday villa has the beach for a back yard. The property is luxurious, spacious, fully furnished and boasts 4 bedrooms all with en suite facilities.
The villa has a direct access to the beach. Just walk 30 meters and you are there. Fishing lovers can almost throw their line in the sea from the edge of the garden. The sea here is deep and suitable for good swimmers.

The Resort also offers for rent BABY CORAL, a very private 1 double bedroom annex, which is independent from the villas. BABY CORAL has its own patio with sofa set and dinning table, as also separate gardens hanging literally over the beach. Sitting in the large round lounger and watching the sunsets and the sea view is a peaceful experience. The interior offers a double bedroom with air-con unit, a shower room, a wc and stylish washing basin, as also a kitchenette. BAY CORAL is ideal for larger groups who rent the villa and would like a 5th double fully furnished bedroom. In this way groups of up to 12 people could be accommodated comfortably. The additional cost for BABY CORAL is available on request, but, substantial discount is offered when it is booked together with Poseidon Beach Villa. On arrival we shall visit you to see how you are settling in, offer details about our area and answer to any question you may have.
We have a WIFI wireless internet service as also IP streaming tv with numerous channels that are free of charge.

This luxury villa offers excellent 4 bedroom accommodation on 2 floors. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There is a partly covered terrace, which leads from the living room and the dining room to the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. The main advantage of this beach villa is its Location. Due to Government regulations / restrictions on building in this specific region, only our 3 villas have a waterfront location in an area bigger than one square km and Poseidon Beach Villa is one of them.
The 3 villas form an exclusive resort called BLUE CORAL BEACH VILLAS, a unique waterfront holiday resort. If you are searching for privacy, relaxation and peace of mind then we strongly feel that you wont be disappointed. The garden surrounds the pool and overlooks the beach. Inside, the house is spacious, fully furnished and nicely decorated. The sea views from all the rooms in the house as well as all balconies, verandas and the roof garden are spectacular. All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village and Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town. Also note that no construction is to take place within at least a 2 mile radius.
For families with young children, please note that the villa is equipped with a cot and a high chair, offered at no extra charge. Also note that as several of our customers throughout the years have been families with young children, we have tried to make our villa as safe and child friendly as possible.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. We have tried to make the beach house as safe as possible for children as a lot of our customer holidaymakers are families with young children. Furthermore, the house is well fenced and away from the main road as the access to the beach house is through its own private 150 yard long drive. There are 5 feet tall fences on either side of the house vertical to the beach and a 4 feet high solid wood railing at the edge of the garden parallel to the sea, boxing in the garden and the swimming pool. Access to the beach is available only through a gate on the side of the garden which can be securely closed. The garden is adjacent to the beach line but it is 3-4 yards above sea level. Once out of the garden, in about 50 yards distance yards the ground becomes level to the sea level. With regards to the house itself, all staircases and verandas have railings. The steps leading from the veranda to the garden/pool are also blocked by a gate, which forms a continuation of the railings. So the covered veranda by the swimming pool is an ideal place for a safe playground. In addition care has been taken with the choice of plants for the garden, i.e. there are no cactus plants or plants whose stink or juices cause swelling etc.. And finally you could enjoy spectacular sunsets and sea views from our observation deck.
