Villa Gioia e' una destinazione unica e di grande charme dove trascorrere le proprie vacanze. Questa magnifica villa nobiliare e' una residenza di vacanza storica costruita nel 1799 dalla famiglia Gioia. In un contesto signorile e prestigioso, potrete vivere in pieno relax un'esperienza esclusiva immersi nel verde della campagna pugliese.

Villa Gioia si sviluppa su tre piani. Al piano terra si trovano un imponente ingresso-soggiorno, un grandioso salone di rappresentanza con volte a vela, camino e TV a schermo piatto con canali satellitari, uno studio, una sala da pranzo, un'ampissima cucina con cortile interno e veranda attrezzata per mangiare all'aperto. La zona notte in un'ala separata e' composta da 2 suites con bagno privato. La dependance separata ed indipendente ospita due camere matrimoniali con bagno privato, un salotto con divano letto matrimoniale ed un ulteriore posto letto, angolo cottura.

Al piano superiore si trovano un salone con soffitti affrescati, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali con sala da bagno interna e altre 2 camere da letto servite da un bagno separato. Tutte le camere da letto e le sale da bagno hanno accesso diretto a una grande terrazza solarium.

All'ultimo piano si trova la caratteristica stanza da letto 'Belvedere' con vista panoramica a 360 gradi e bagno adiacente

All’esterno della villa accanto a un bellissimo agrumeto è a vostra completa disposizione una lussuosa piscina privata di 12x5 metri con spiaggetta, riscaldamento e area relax. Nella stessa zona e' presente una veranda con tavolo da pranzo da 20+ posti

Nella villa e' disponibile il WiFi gratuito, un impianto professionale portatile Bose S1 Pro per ascoltare la propria musica ovunque e ampi spazi di parcheggio.

Un vasto parco con alberi secolari di alto fusto e un terreno di 40.000mq con frutteto ed alberi di olivo completano la proprieta'.

    If Matteo A. (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
