Architect Villa, feet in the water, in a 3000m² garden. This house was built for the holidays when my husband was a child. We decided to take it back, renovate it and keep it for future generations. Grandparents, parents, children, friends, everyone feels good. Sheltered from the summer excitement: a corner of paradise in a nest of greenery. The villa is surrounded by a landscaped park, directly overlooking the beach, in a semi-private domain, only composed of villas. This very bright villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 with adjoining bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 outdoor shower for returning from the beach and 4 toilets, 3 of which are independent. 4 bedrooms have a magnificent sea and mountain view, not overlooked, the 5th bedroom has a view of pine trees. The master bedroom, its bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor, 1 new bedroom on the 1/2 floor and the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The open kitchen with dining area, fully equipped, overlooks the main terrace, facing south, with outdoor furniture, not forgetting the sunbathing, the barbecue and the plancha. In 2019, we added a small swimming pool and its terrace, facing the sea. Large living room and lounge, with fireplace, also overlooking the main terrace to extend the evenings late into the starry night. A second terrace, East, will allow you to take your breakfasts on days of excessive heat or to have several places to rest in peace, if there are many of you. Internet-WIFI. A laundry-laundry room is at your disposal with everything you need: washing machine, dryer, extra fridge, additional kitchen utensils, shopping bags ... Very practical when there are many of you. There is a drying rack on the side of the house. The house is fully equipped for 10 people, plus a baby, linen included. And, if you have a 4-legged companion, "well-behaved", he too will have a bed and 2 bowls at his disposal ... You will only have your beach towels and your bathing suits to bring, of course ! Cleaning fees are also included in the price for 1 week. If you come 2 weeks, a cleaning will be offered, with the replacement of the household linen. If you have other questions, do not hesitate.
