Our property is in Greece, situated in Amoni,Korinth. It is near Athens -1,5 HOUR FROM El.Venizelos airport- and quite near tourist attractions such as Epidavros, Nafplio,Loutraki, Ancient Korinth.

It's location is ideal for small excursions covering a wide variety of interests and satisfying both those who wish to get to know ancient greece and /or more modern destinations.

It offers an incredible view to Saronikos,and is very close to an almost secluded beach.

The property also has a swimming pool,a barbeque,airconditioning and a fireplace for those who prefer winter holidays.

The Sea View Villa is a Friendly, Affordable, privately owned villa located in the dense pine woodland on the hills of Amoni. A short distance from Isthmia, Corinthos, in the Southern Greece is 25 km. from Corinthos Railway Station with direct connection to Athens International Airport.

This is a new, but a fast developing area with private villas, Amoni is part of the village Sofiko only 1 1⁄2 hrs drive from the capital Athens. From it's unique location offers breath taking views of the Islands ahead in the Saronikos Bay.

The Sea View Villa Apartment is in the ground floor of the villa building, with it's own private access for the guests, is self-contained/self-catering and traditionally equipped with all the necessary household appliances to suit your needs. The air-conditioning and central heating can be used as and when it

is needed at the discretion of the guests, depending on the season. Additionally the sitting room has an authentic “tzaki” (open log fire) for those staying during wintertime. There is also a large outdoor barbeque to the left of the veranda for outdoor cooking and entertaining, together with a modern wooden

dining table.

During the summer months, the private swimming pool situated in the veranda infront of the apartment, it's filled with clean treated water and is equiped with safety lighting for night swimming. Needles to mention the stunning views of the Saronikos Bay.

Alternatively you may want to visit one of the three local clean beaches for swimming in the sea. Amoni offers a diverse variety of sporting activities; from hicking and jogging, to tennis courts, there is a small football pitch, and even mountain biking for the most daring outdoor enthousiasts. Short dayaly

boat trips to nearby islands and small ports, can be arranged with prior booking only. Those interested in arheological sites, local arts and crafts, as well as street markets with local fresh produce must have their private transport.

The Sea View Villa is a good choice for a pleasant stay offering a holiday with quality standards, and good value for money all year round.

Why can't I call Gregory (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gregory (the owner) a message.

If Gregory (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
