PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL

This villa is highly recommended for the discerning guests looking for a quality villa with many features to enjoy a good holiday experience. It is not necessary to hire a car as the location is perfect for all amenities. However it would be shame not to do so as there is a lot to explore on the island. The white sandy beaches, with seafront paths leading to both sand dunes and town beaches.

Spectacular views over to Lanzarotte and Lobos Island. The villa affords a lot of privacy with its own entrances and is situated in a very exclusive sought after location. 3 large and spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, open plan living area with log fire place. There are many outdoor living areas.

This excellent villa offers spacious and stylish, accommodation and has been furnished to a very high standard. The attractive living room has a fireplace and patio doors leading to the beach view terrace and the Jacuzzi. There is a fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen. Casa Beachcomber has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor, with a double bed, an en-suite shower room and a private terrace overlooking the sea. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds and one with a double bed, from where one can look out to the sea through the patio doors leading to the terrace. These share a full family bathroom

The villa is on an elevated, securely walled and gated property, overlooking the beach. A glass screen protects the property from breezes off the sea. It has attractive sub-tropical gardens all around, with several terraces, both shaded and catching the sun. Although there is no swimming pool, the sea is only 50 metres away. There is a large Jacuzzi Spa located on a side terrace and you have superb views to the sea while luxuriating, with a glass of wine. The front terrace has a comfortable, shaded seating area overlooking the beach. A wonderful feature of this property is the fabulous, covered party dining terrace located in a protected corner of the garden. It has a built-in Canarian style barbecue, a beer fridge, sink and a wooden table and chairs. This is a marvellous place to enjoy many hours of al fresco dining in the warm Fuerteventura climate.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hilary (the owner) a message.

If Hilary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
