Wonderfully located only ten minutes walking from the city center of Cortona. From this property you will have one of the most beautiful views of the city, the valley and the lake Trasimeno.It is one apartment on the first floor of a villa, the owner live upstairs. The inside space is divided into it: a living room with 2 sofas, tv and dining table, a beautiful new high thech kitchen, bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 bathroom with newly restored corner tub. The outside space has a porch with patio furniture, dining table. The property is located in one of the most popular resort cities of Italy, in Tuscany, Cortona, known for its history, social structure from the time of the Etruscans "until it was transformed into the free Community of Medieval times, and known also as the home of many illustrious men, among them Luca Signorelli, Brother Elia Coppi, Pietro Berettini, Gino Severini. Lately a movie based on a book by Frances Mayes ' '' Under the Tuscan sun starring Diane Lane was filmed in Cortona and in the villa Bramasole. Cortona is conveniently located on a hill overlooking the valley called Val di Chiana, it offers a family atmosphere and fantastic natural beauties throughout the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside being not far from the Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti areas , the lake Trasimeno, Passignano, Castiglione del Lago, Chiusi, Cortona, Arezzo, Pienza, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Rome, Siena, Pisa, Lucca.
