From the owner

La Fiorita-Farmhouse comprises two separate buildings: the manor house and the outbuilding. The apartment Ortensia is located on the manor house (ground floor) and is furnished with a large gazebo for six persons. The apartment is tastefully furnished with a typical tuscan kitchen provided with dishwasher, cooker hood, oven and fridge. There is air conditioning in all rooms, integrated in the construction to be not invasive in the environments and regulated by a home automation system. In Hydrangea apartment there is an Led TV with SATELLITE, in the rooms as well as in the outer area of the estate is available free WI-FI internet connection. In the garden there is a barbecue area. The furnitures are all made up of fine pieces, rustic and ancient workmanship, tile floors are also antiques, chandeliers and dishes are ceramics from Deruta; the kitchen sinks are made of stone. All rooms are soundproof. The Hydrangea apartment, has four beds, one large double bed in a bedroom and two singles beds in the other bedroom. There is one bathroom with shower. The addiction of a comfortable double sofa bed let increase the receptivity of two persons more. Around the housing structures lies a wonderful GARDEN full of ornamental plants and biological fruit trees (in total about 8700 65 plants of different species). Placed opposite the residential area there is a SALTWATER POOL, suitable for both children and adults, and surrounded by a walkway equipped for this purpose. In this property there are 2 free parking areas with video surveillance. Upon request The Fiorita, can arrange all services transfer from and to airport, private chef for tuscan outdoors dinners, cooking lessons, wine tasting and olive oil, cultural visits to Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Castiglione del Lago, and Vespa tours.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Massimo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
