We have luxury villa for rent in the heart of prestigious area Costa Adeje. All year around at guests disposal three-floor private Villa with swimming pool! (Heating of pool cost extra 25 euros per day).

Near the villa there are two large shopping centre, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, five-star hotels and wonderful long promenade along the ocean. From villa to the most beautiful beach of Tenerife (Playa del Duque) - just 5 minutes walk! And also 5 minutes walk to the beach Playa de Fanabe.

The Villa consists of 3 floors:

On the 1st (ground) floor there are a large living room, ping pong,

two bedrooms ( each with 2 single beds), one bathroom with bath, utility room. And from this floor you can get into the garage and the patio.

On the 2nd floor there are main living room with TV and dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms (each with double bed) and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). There is access to the main terrace with beautiful views of the ocean. On the terrace there are a dining table, a pool and a sunbathing area with sun loungers. On the 2nd floor also located rear terrace equipped with Seating area and a green garden.

On the 3rd floor there are a large bedroom, a bathroom with shower. From this floor there is an exit on the third (top) terrace, which is equipped with a Seating area.

How do damage deposits work?

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
