IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE YOU BOOK !

The Governing Council has approved the decree law that obliges tourist establishments to deny access to visitors who do not present a negative coronavirus certificate.

Tourists, over 6 years old, have to present the certificate in a similar way to how the DNI or passport is shown and the document must state the date and time of the test, the identity of the person subjected to it , the laboratory responsible for its verification and its nature, as well as the negative result, within a period of 72 hours prior to arrival. Exceptionally, if the tourist does not present the document, but does show their willingness to take the test, their access and overnight stay may be authorized for the time necessary to obtain the results. But the user will not be able to leave the room, except to take the test and pick it up.

In addition, before formalizing the check-in the tourist will have to download and keep active during their stay on the islands the Radar Covid infection alert mobile application, and also during the 15 days after their return to their place of origin.

A cozy 45 sq meters apartment is situated in a well maintained complex Yucca Park just 200 meters from the beach. The apartment consists of a spacious and very nicely decorated living-room, of a modern kitchenette a separate bedroom and a bathroom. A private furnished open terrace (17 sq m) with a small garden is available to the guests whether you want to take a cup of coffee, have a meal or simply sunbathe. The apartment has been completely remodeled lately and is put in operation since May, 2015. It provides all you may need: a big flat-screen TV, AC, internet, fully equipped kitchenette (including an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a big fridge and so on), a hairdryer, a washer, linen, towels, shampoo and soap and even tooth brush. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans with a remote-control for your convenience. Do not hesitate to contact me directly whether you need anything else or you miss something habitual to you. I'm quick in response (usually I am even right there on-site, since I have my office at the complex itself (the Reception area)) and I will be happy to make your stay memorable.

The 3 key Yucca Park Apartments are situated within 200 meters from one of the nicest beaches in the South of the island - Fañabé beach - and from the sea front promenade in the popular resort of Costa Adeje. Yucca Park is situated at approximately 20 km from the Southern airport Reina Sofia and at approximately 65km and 90 km from respectively the capital of the island Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Northern airport Los Rodeos.

All the apartments offer street or pool view from spacious and sunny terraces. Many of the apartments throughout the complex are privately owned and furnished in different styles and according to different standards. The Complex has a bar, which offers a variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are three pools available, one of which is for children. Self laundry service is available on the territory of the complex under additional charge.

The Costa Adeje area where the apartment is located is the main tourist area of the island. The guests can enjoy several beautiful beaches, spread throughout the area, many restaurants with a good choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Such famous tourist spots as "Siam park", "Jungle park", "Monkey park", ''Aqualand'' etc. are from 5 to 20 minutes away from the place. Multiple Shopping Malls (such as El Duque, San Miguel, Plaza Fañabé, Plaza del Duque etc.) with shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket with all you may need for your stay is situated in the same street to the left of the complex.

Tips

An everyday cleaning, bike rentals and so on can be arranged directly on-site or in advance in case you precise your request in the message (highly recommended for peak seasons).

Great breakfasts are available in multiple cafes near the complex.

How do damage deposits work?

If Anastasia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
