From the owner

Beautiful and spacious 3 floors apartment. In the apartment there are three bedrooms, three fully equipped bathrooms and a private barbecue area. There is also a large terrace with a separate chill out zone on the first floor and a private terrace with the barbecue zone on the third floor. Free wifi is available on each floor.

On the first floor of the apartment there is a separate kitchen, guest toilet and a large terrace.

On the second floor there is bedroom N1 with a double bed, fully equipped bathroom and a balcony. On the same floor bedroom N2 is situated with two double beds and fully equipped bathroom.

On the third floor there is bedroom N3 with a double bed, three single beds and a fully equipped bathroom. On the third floor you also have an access to the private outdoor barbecue area.

Pay your attention please as there is a ladder in the apartment it can be inconvenient for elderly people and small children.

On the complex territory you can use a playground and a swimming pool for kids and adults. The apartment is located in the calm and safe area, nearby on the Jardin del Duque street you can find a park where you can walk and sit on the bench while your children are playing in the playground. The apartment is situated in the Oasis Dakota complex on the Helsinki street and belongs to El Duque touristic area. The nearest beach is 12/15 min walk downhill. Pay your attention that the way back can cause difficulty in case you walk with small kids or trolley as it is up the hill.

On the first floor in the urbanization area there are cafes, restaurants, a beauty salon and a gym. Right opposite the complex there is a large free parking where you can park your car and a bus stop. In the walking distance there is an embankment with bars, restaurants and souvenir shops and of course beautiful beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas .

Just 700 meters from the complex you will find a shopping center GranSur with supermarket Mercadona and also there is Hiper Dino supermarket nearby. I would recommend my guests to use car rent service as walking back from supermarket with heavy purchases can be uncomfortable.

The biggest water park Siam Park is just 5 minutes drive from the apartment, there you will enjoy wide variety of water attractions and exciting slides.

Golden Mile, the popular promenade, is just 7 minutes drive from the apartment, its atmosphere of joy and entertainment will be a good idea to spend the evening, and may be visit one of the restaurants with dance shows or live music. There are also playgrounds, music fountains and picturesque embankment where you can watch surfers gracefully riding there perfect waves.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sergey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
