The apartment is on the front line, just 300 meters from the sea and offers a spectacular view over the Atlantic, with its wide wonderful terrace to look blue. A fabulous outdoor space 12 months year for breakfast, sunbathe, relax, read a good book, and enjoy day and evening of unforgettable images and sounds that give away in the silence embracing the sky and the sea. The house is about 50 m2 interior, fully furnished, consisting of large lounge, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, to which must be added the 30 m2 and the wonderful panoramic terrace outside. The apartment is equipped with private wi-fi, refrigerator, washing machine, double bed, sofa bed, plasma TV, 2 sun loungers outside, coffee machine, kettle, besides the fully equipped kitchen. In addition a cot can aquilar paying in the apartment the day of arrival, after early application by guests. The house, inspired to a color of the island and decorated with pictures of some of its most beautiful corners, is immersed in a natural protected area with 25 km of spectacular white sand beaches, allowing naturalistic excursions each gender and each type of watersport a few meters. The price is already included in the cleaning costs of both initial floor final, and this direct and transparent manner will avoid unnecessary calculations to determine and understand the actual final cost of your holiday. Why can't I call Dario (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dario (the owner) a message.

If Dario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
