From the owner

The well equipped lounge has 2 sofas, TV, DVD player and a music system. This property also has WiFi. Doors lead from the lounge to the pretty corner garden and terraces. Comfortably equipped for outside dining, enjoy the superb views from here to the landscaped garden and pool area and across to the golf course.

There is a covered side terrace from the bedroom and a large covered terrace from the lounge. A lawned area and plenty of sun chairs and loungers means you can always find a sunny or shady spot to suit.

Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and has doors to the terrace and garden.

The en suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a shower, WC and basin. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, bidet and basin.

The well equipped kitchen contains everything needed to self cater with an indoor dining table and 4 chairs and leads to a utility room with a washing machine.

A cot (with linen), highchair and babywalker are also provided if required

The communal swimming pool is easily reached from the apartment. Set in pretty landscaped gardens there is also a shallow pool especially for children. There is a dedicated parking space for the apartment and is located in a gated complex.

Costa Esuri has a mini supermarket selling the essential groceries and daily fresh bread. You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee or a glass of beer. The golf club house with its bar, restaurant, driving range and pro shop, also has various activities and events throughout the year. They have a fantastic terrace overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course which is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set over the Guadiana river and Portugal in the distance.

The apartment is 5 minutes drive from the charming town of Ayamonte and 15 minutes from the stunning beaches of Isla Canela and the Portuguese beaches of Monte Gordo.

Ayamonte has some lovely boutique shops, tapas bars and great fish restaurants. There is a pretty marina and the beach resort of Isla Canela is just 10 minutes from Ayamonte. Here you will find some of the best beaches in Spain with wide golden sands gently shelving into the sea.

Why not take the ferry across the river to Villa Real de Santo Antonio in Portugal. This picturesque town is famed for its beautiful linen.

Costa Esuri is only an hour and a half from the historic city of Seville, a must for culture, shopping lovers and foodies! Esuri is also only 40 minutes from the city of Huelva with its Christopher Columbus heritage and just a further 15 minutes drive to the famous Doñana National Park a must for nature and bird lovers. So there are plenty of activities and places of interest for the whole family. There are Roman ruins to explore just North of Seville and the Isla Magica theme park is close to the city centre - a good day out whatever your age. Nearer to home are the waterpark and go karting track at Cartaya (approx 25 mins away).

Ayamonte and Costa Esuri are easily reached by the A22 motorway from Portugal into Spain. Low cost airlines fly to both Seville airport (90 mins drive away) and Faro airport (45mins drive away). Car hire form both airports is well organised and reasonably priced. Transfers can be arranged if required.

As public transport is a little limited, a car is recommend to get the most from your holiday. There is a good local taxi service to and from Ayamonte which has an excellent bus service along the coast and to cities such as Huelva, Seville, Faro and Lisbon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
