Charming and well-finished house, fully furnished with new and modern furniture. A 5-minute walk from the sea, with a fantastic view. It can accommodate 4/6 persons. E 'consists of a loft with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed. On the ground floor, a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, kitchen with cutlery refrigerator freezer microwave coffee maker, everything brand new. Outside a storeroom with washing machine vacuum cleaner iron and ironing board. A covered veranda with table, chairs. , Garden with synthetic lawn and garden sitting. Barbecue coal supercharged. Outside shower. In the house there is also unlimited Wifi internet. There is also a wall safe. One minute from the house you can find a small shopping center with supermarket newsstands pastry rotisserie hairdresser pharmacy kiosk pizzeria and bar tobacco etc. A few steps from the house you can find everything with regard to sports activities and entertainment from windsurfing to kite surfing, horse riding with the possibility of horseback riding, ATV rentals, tours to discover the area's attractions and of course boat tour .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simona (the owner) a message.

If Simona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
