Positioned on the ground floor, the apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with washing machine and shower, separate kitchen, large living room with sofa bed and TV. Unlimited Adsl connection and Fire Tv Stick Amazon available. Air conditioning in the bedrooms area.

The covered porch with sofas, outdoor table and chairs, and 2 private sunbeds. The porch has direct access to the beautiful garden and the swimming pool can be reached in few meters. The apartment is perfect for families with children, and camping cot and high chair are available.

The Residence L'Aldiola is one of the most exclusive and historical Residence of Porto Rotondo; it is located approximately 200 meters from the harbor and its famous promenade that leads us to the most famous squares: Piazzetta Rotonda, Piazza Rudalza, the Casbah, etc ...The residence is famous for the care and beauty of its gardens and the lovely swimming pool with a very particular shape, for the peace and serenity that you can enjoy. It offers, thanks to its raised position, a magnificent view of the sea, on the coast and on islands Soffi and Mortorio. The strategic position of Residence L'Aldiola allows you to arrive in a few minutes to the main services: in 250 meters you can find supermarkets, bars, ATMs, post office, police station, newspaper shop, many restaurants and pizzerias, pharmacy, shops and more. Rudargia beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes is approximately 200 meters from the apartment, the famous Ira Beach is located about 800 meters away, Beach Sassi and Beach Alghe are located about one kilometer and a half. All the beaches can be reached also with the free bus service Mare-Mare (period June-September) with frequent daily trips. The price included also covered parking in the fenced area.

    Great location, close to port, all the restaurants and supermarket. Small beach is just 200m downhill. Garden is looked after very well. Pool had a lifeguard on duty during opening hours.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giorgia (the owner) a message.

    If Giorgia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
