VillaLuna Studio-apartment is enclosed in a beautiful private housing development with swimming pools (Playa Bastian), in a very quiet and privileged area in Costa Teguise. It is located at 50 meters from one of the beaches of the promenade. On walking distance to other beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the village's center (Pueblo Marinero). VillaLuna is situated by the coast in the center of the island, the perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote.

The studio-apartment is enclosed inside a villa, it has a spacious garden with palm trees, cactus and a variety of plants where you can sunbath, read, eat, relax… It is fully-equipped, of modern design, comfortable and very beautiful; ideal to have a happy time.

The housing is one floor studio-apartment. It has a large wooden porch to enjoy the tranquility, the climate and exotic place during every season. There is a large garden with varieties of cactus, palm trees, succulents, and other species. It has large terraces for sunbathing in the sun loungers, have lunch, dinner or spending time having long talks. There is also a barbecue with firewood and a bicycle to explore the area.

The studio-apartment is completely independent, with Kitchen, bathroom, a big wardrobe and a double bed. It has a full frontal glass wall and a picture window in the ceiling to see the sky. The architecture is typical from this area and the interior is of modern design, beautiful and minimalist. It is fully equipped, very illuminated and integrated with the garden.

There are 4 swimming pools inside the complex and all of them have water climate control systems. The nearest pool is just 35 meters away from the house, it is very quiet and calm. It has a bar-restaurant so it is ideal for spending a few happy days; you can eat there, have some tapas, have some bears or coffees, make friends and have a bath, all with views to the ocean and the promenade, perfect to have a fun holiday.

The private housing development has two accesses. You can access on foot to the house from the beach through the promenade in just a few steps, or by car through the road Avenida de Mar which is located at top of the complex right by a taxi stop and a few meters from a bus stop.

The promenade is 5 kilometers long and ideal to go for a walk along the seafront, go to any of its 5 beaches or to the village center (Pueblo Marinero). Thanks to the promenade everything is nearby, you can go on foot to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks…as well as have access to sport activities, contract excursions, surf and scuba dive schools and even language academies.

The closest beach to our home is just in front and it is also called Playa Bastian (Bastian Beach). It has a large area of sand protected against the wind with very beautiful rock walls. The swim is safe and easily accessible, it is specially so when the tide is high. The beach has public toilets, showers, beach loungers, beach umbrellas and rock barbecues.

There is a second beach called Playa del Jablillo just in a 3 minutes' walk (200 meters) from Playa Bastian beach along the seafront. This beach is also ideal for the whole family, especially for small children.

Both beaches have wheelchair access.

From the back garden of the house you can see that in front, at 35 meters or so, there is a playground with swings, slides, etc.., for kids to play.

The location of our home is ideal. Since is situated by the coast on the center of the island is a perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote, go sightseeing as well as staying to enjoy the beach and visit the village. Everything is nearby from where we are situated.

How do damage deposits work?
