From the owner

Located within a luxury 4* complex, the villa offers exceptional comfort and facilities for families and couples alike to enjoy that well earned break in the sun.

You can relax on your private terrace or on the adjacent poolside and still keep a close eye on the kids in the large swimming pool or toddlers pool. There is also a nearby private beach area.

The complex has the benefit of a choice of swimming pools ideal for children of all age groups , evening entertainment programme for youngsters and adults along with 2 onsite restaurants, supermarket, games room and internet access.

Accomodation

The ground floor consists of a lounge with double sofabed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and breakfast bar. This leads to the bathroom which has a toilet, bidet, and sunken bath/shower. There is a mirrored vanity area outside the bathroom with a double wash basin and hairdryer.

Beyond the bathroom is the double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.

The first floor consists of a mezzanine area with double sofa bed and ceiling fan. This leads to the second bathroom which has a toilet, bidet and sunken bath/shower. There is a mirrored vanity area outside the bathroom with a double wash basin and hairdryer.

Beyond the bathroom is the twin bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.

Further outdoor details

There is a small sun terrace leading from the upstairs bedroom via a single key operated patio door. There is a comfortable furnished patio area situated at the front of the villa including a large table with seating and sun parasol.

There is a choice of many restaurants and bars within a 10 minute stroll along the promenade, the nearest being 5 minutes away. Many of which are highly recommended. A short stroll along the promenade will also lead you to the local arts and crafts market in Pueblo Marinero square on a Wednesday and Friday evening.

Why can't I call Donna (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Donna (the owner) a message.

If Donna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
