'Mirador de Proa' is a luxury Villa with stunning views of the sea and Almunecar. It is located in a quiet residential area of Cotobro yet only a short distance to the town and beaches. The villa is set on 3 levels with beautiful marble floored staircases joining each level.

It has 4 bedrooms ( one double, tree twin bedrooms) and sleeps 8. four bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 lounges, so absolutely ideal for two families sharing the property.

The breathtaking views of Almunecar town and beaches can be enjoyed from almost every room. Large terraces and private garden with swimming pool (7 x 3 m) are just perfect for relaxing in. Enjoy long lazy days in the sunshine at our villa before heading out to sample fine dining or drinks and 'tapas' in the nearby restaurants and bars of Almunecar.

The property has an integrated air conditioning/heating system and all furnishings and fittings are of high quality. There are 3 private parking spaces allocated at the front of the villa and a brick built barbecue.

If you can tear yourself away from the luxury of your private villa, there are pleanty of things to see and do in the local area. The nearest beaches are just 3 minutes drive away and Almunecar town offers a variety of restaurants to suit every taste. For Golf enthusiasts there are courses less than 30 mins drive from the villa. The popular 'Sierra Nevada' ski resort is a little over an hours drive from Almunecar, and at just 50 mins drive from Malaga airport, this villa offers something for everyone.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
