Vous étiez délicats, vous m'aviez prévenu !!!. La mesure du cassis en kir ? vous pouviez me dire un peu plus SVP... Vous avez demandé la table d’hôtes au 1er soir puis pour le 2ème soir. Vous n'avez pas accepté de fumer dans le coin salon extérieur, vous auriez préféré que l'on vous accepte à fumer en mangeant. Vous n'acceptez pas les chiens à table, comment voulez vous que j'accepte les fumeurs à table ! Vous étiez seuls à utiliser la salle d'eau, puisque l'autre chambre était vide et que nous avons notre propre salle d'eau en bas. Vous étiez en chambre chez l'habitant, et notre chambre est sur le même palier, mais j'habite la maison ! Les pots de confitures sont pleins et d'autres à finir, je ne finis pas automatiquement les pots quand ils sont à moitié vide ou moitié plein ! Car je ne mange pas que des confitures ! Vous n'avez goûté à aucune de celles ci, pas de gâteau non plus, seulement 1 café.. pas de yaourt maison, pas de pâte de coing, pas de fromage, pas de gratin de courgette ! Conclusion : les hôtels où on rentre sans parler à quelqu'un, les restaurants rapides : c'est bien pour certaines personnes ...... Vous n'avez pas voulu rester dans l'hotel Touraine Sologne, car l'accueil n'était pas au top .... et vous avez préféré rester chez moi 2 nuits consécutives alors que vous pouviez partir après la 1ere table d'hôtes. Je ne retiens pas les clients, qui ne se plaisent pas chez moi. J'étais malade le 2ème jour, mais j'ai assumé la table hôte le 2ème soir : erreur de ma part, j'aurai dû annuler et vous auriez été manger ailleurs et cela n'aurait, en aucun cas était mieux. Puisque vous êtes délicats et du genre insatisfait. Vous m'avez sorti une enveloppe plein de billets pour m'impressionner .... je préfère la sympathie à l'argent. Le comble de la bêtise de l'insatisfaction : vous m'avez offert un médicament contre le mal au ventre avant le repas de la 2ème soirée, et un pourboire au moment de payer !! Ensuite vous me dénigrez sur le Net !! J'adore le bêtise humaine !!! Chantal et Maggy le gros chien qui mange à table, qui boit à table et à qui on nettoie le nez à table ....

Why can't I call Chantal (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Chantal (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chantal (the owner) a message.

If Chantal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
