From the owner

The flat is a 2 bedroom (1 bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with a bunk and a single bed) family apartment offering great views of the French Alps at La Résidence l'Ariondaz, Courchevel 1650. I

It provides direct access to skiing, you can put your skis right away and take the Petit Moriond to reach the main gondolas.

It measures approximately 40m2 plus balcony and is oriented south with a beautiful forest view looking towards the Saulire and the Croix des Verdons. The balcony is wide so you can seat there and enjoy the view.

The wrap around balcony provides enough space to eat outside.

It is well decorated and has been designated with the Mountain of Charm label by the tourist office of Courchevel.

The living room has a TV and the kitchen comes with an oven, a microwave, hob and fridge plus cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, etc.

The bathroom has a shower and is separated from the toilet.

The ski locker is located downstairs near the elevator.

There is free parking covered parking in the Ariondaz carpark.

Sheets and towels are provided, and are included in the rental price. Cleaning at the end of the stay is also included in the price

There is wifi in the building but not in the flat. You need to the ground floor to have wifi in the common areas.
The ski locker are by the lift and very convenient to access
The parking is a parking for the building only, when the parking in front is full you can park on the other side of the road. You should have to use much your car when you are there, you can ski directly, walk to the resort or take the shuttle bus (the stop is in front of the entrance to the building area)

Thanks for the lovely review. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes, I am not sure why it did not work this week, it is usually pretty reliable. As per the return by ski, it does happen with the snow conditions sometimes in December that there is just not enough snow to ski home... apologies for that, this is very infrequent.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Amelie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
