This newly designed home has all the things to make your stay great for a getaway up Mt Washington Alpine Resort. Centrally located close to everything in the Valley. The home features 3 brand new comfy beds, and a pull out couch. The entire suite can sleep up to 8 people. Big dinning table, gas fireplace and big open concept living area and access to private hottub. We have a two night minimum but are willing to offer one night minimums for an added $25-$35 cleaning fee depending on sleeping requirements .

This house has been fully renovated inside and out. Solid Douglas fir trim and doors, granite counter tops, and beautiful hand picked stone that finishes the custom floor to ceiling fireplace. Please note that suite is located on the ground floor of a two story house. Although there is another suite above you, the lower suite is completely soundproofed and private from the upper suite. The place is set up and perfect for larger groups, who wish to sight see in the Valley or go up Mount Washington.

Big open concept kitchen and living space with Douglas fir post and beam work. Big spacious main bedroom with a comfy king sized bed and futon couch that can sleep up to 4 guests. The other room has a queen bed for sleeping 2 more guests. Pull out couch in the living room with an upgraded luxury mattress and another large couch sleeps 3 more guests. Lots of windows make the unit very bright! There is a nice walk out patio seating area with BBQ and gas fire pit, Big Gazebo with hot tub and outdoor shower, and a new sauna for your enjoyment.

We also use allergen free, non toxic, environmentally friendly, fragrance free cleaning products to clean our space :)

Please be aware that because there is another Suite above you, there is a potential for noise, and so this rental may not be suitable for a couple who are looking for a private quiet getaway experience.

Generally I will greet you at check-in and give you a tour of the house and make sure you are familiar with everything there. This may not happen if you arrive later in the evening. The house is set up for guests, although I live close by I respect your privacy and won’t bother you.

The house is a shoe free zone, so please keep your shoes at the door. There are no carpeted room so please be sure to bring comfy slippers if you wish to. Please treat the neighbours as if they are your own. Dinner gatherings are OK, but excessive noise is not so cool. We do have some house rules which will be located in the house manual upon arrival :)

Thanks for the review. Yeah unfortunately the hot tub decided to die when I was away in the city. I called a repairman as soon as I could and he fixed it Pronto. We had it up and running within a couple of days. Sorry for the inconvenience

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
