This home is located in the heart of Cowes and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and Cowes main street with all its shops, coffee shops and restaurants.
It consists of a large spacious living room downstairs with open plan living, dining and kitchen. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Foxtel, a split system heating and cooling unit and comfortable sofas, and a dining setting for 8. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking, and a microwave.
There is an outdoor entertaining area which includes a Pool Table, Table Tennis, Foosball, Air Hockey and Dart Board. There is also a BBQ outside and you will find a large double carport with a concrete drive-way all the way to the street which allows parking for an additional 3-4 vehicles or a boat.
This is a very well presented and clean home perfect for your next family holiday, weekend away or any other event. If you book once, you will keep coming back, so book early to avoid disappointment.

PRICING:
- The pricing is only a guide and may vary depending on the season, public holidays, school holidays, occasion for booking and total number of people.
- Correct pricing will be provided upon booking enquiry/request/confirmation.
- Please note that these prices do not apply to schoolies bookings, parties, events and young groups below the age of 31 and will need to contact the owner for any queries and correct pricing.
PARTIES & EVENTS:
- Parties and events need to be notified when making enquiries/reservations and is at the owners discretion to accept or reject.
LINEN & TOWEL HIRE:
- Linen can be hired at an additional $400 and towels at an additional $200 for the whole stay if required.
- This is payable 2 weeks prior to check in direct to the property owners. Bank account details will be provided for payment upon booking confirmation.
SECURITY BOND:
- A $1,000 refundable security bond is payable prior to check in.
- This is payable direct to the property owner 2 weeks prior to check in. Bank account details will be provided for payment upon booking confirmation.
- The security bond may increase depending on the booking requirement/occasion for booking/age group of guests (below 31 years of age are charged a higher security bond).
- This will be refunded within 14 working days after check out subject to a satisfactory conditions report on property and contents by the cleaners and supervisors.
- We will not accept any bookings without the payment of the security bond prior to check in.
PROPERTY CONDITIONS:
- Upon booking confirmation the property owner will email the guest their terms and conditions and house rules.
- The terms and conditions is required to be signed and returned back to the property owner along with a copy of the travellers drivers license.
- Copy of the agreement and house rule is already uploaded on trip advisor and will be accordingly amended based on your booking details and confirmation.
SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS:
- Please note that these prices do not apply to schoolies bookings and will need to contact the owner for any queries.
ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS:
- One night bookings may be applicable depending on availability and at a higher rate than the standard.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE/CCTV:
- There is video surveillance outside the property for security and crime prevention and for the protection and safety of the property and guests.
