This home is located in the heart of Cowes, Phillip Island and only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Cowes beach, 2 minute walk to the Cowes main street with all the boutique shops, amazing coffee shops, bars, pub, amusements, RSL and many lovely restaurants, not to mention all the other surrounding lovely beaches bordering this mesmerizing Island.

This is a spacious property with open plan living throughout, 1x dining area, both indoor kitchen and outdoor alfresco/BBQ area with kitchenette with it's own deck and stone benchtop.

There are 2 LED flat screen TV's located both upstairs and downstairs.

The property has reverse cycle heating and cooling (air conditioning) throughout as well as panel heating in the bedrooms and spacious comfortable sofas/lounge suites.

The kitchen is modern with plenty of cupboards and stone benchtop, well equipped with the latest induction cooktop and electric oven with 2x of microwaves, 2x toasters, kettle and a refrigerator.

The downstairs living area has a quality foosball table with a fully licenced arcade machine (stand up Neo Geo style) - NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

There is also a carport with room for parking vehicles.

This is a newly renovated very well presented and clean holiday home perfect for your next family holiday, getaway, weekend away or any other event.

PRICING:

- The pricing is only a guide and may vary depending on the season, public holidays, school holidays, occasion for booking and total number of people.

- Please note that these prices do not apply to schoolies bookings, parties, events and young groups below the age of 31 and will need to contact the owner for any queries and correct pricing.

PARTIES & EVENTS:

- Regarding parties and events we will need to be notified when making enquiries/reservations and it's at the owners discretion to accept or reject such requests and is decided on an individual basis.

LINEN & TOWEL HIRE:

- Linen can be hired at an additional sum of $400.00 and towels at an additional $200.00 for the duration of stay if required.

- This is payable 2 weeks prior to check in and needs to be paid direct to the property owners.

- Bank account details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

SECURITY BOND:

- A $1,300.00 refundable security bond is payable 1 week prior to check in and needs to be paid direct to the property owners. Bank account details will be provided upon booking confirmation so that you can pay the security bond prior to check in.

- The security bond may increase depending on the booking requirement/occasion for booking/age group of guests (below 31 years of age are charged a higher security bond).

- This will be refunded within 21 working days of check out subject to a satisfactory conditions report of property and contents by the cleaners and site supervisors.

- We will not accept any bookings without the payment of the security bond prior to check in.

PROPERTY CONDITIONS:

- Upon booking confirmation the property owner will email the guest their terms and conditions/rental agreement and house rules.

Important Note:

- It is our requirement for our terms and conditions to be thoroughly read and understood prior to check in and we also require you to sign and return a copy back to us along with a copy of your drivers license upon making the booking.

SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS:

- Please note that these prices do not apply to schoolies bookings and you will need to contact the owner for prices or any queries you may have.

ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS:

- One night bookings may be applicable depending on availability and at a higher rate than the standard.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paradise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
