There are a few luxury condos and hotels on Cozumel Island. The problem is, they're miles from town. Unless you want to eat in the same mediocre tourist trap restaurant every day -- they figure you probably will, so why bother with good food and service? -- you have to pay $10.00 - $20.00 or more plus tip for a taxi EACH WAY to take you to a decent place for dining, shopping or nightlife, or you can rent a car.

The living room and two master suites open onto the oceanfront terrace. The two other suites have small balconies with town and partial ocean views. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless US appliances, Kohler fixtures, purified water, and much more.
