The Studio is a quiet and cosy detached retreat on an exclusive development yet it is situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of Crickhowell with its tourist office and many pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The Studio was a brand new let from late 2017 with totally new decoration, fixtures, fittings and carpets and is continuingly improved.

Full gas boiler central heating/ hot water and highly insulated walls and loft make The Studio a really cosy winter retreat. Return from a day in the Brecon Beacons to a well equipped lounge which includes: Smart 43" LED TV with Roku, Freeview, YouTube etc/ unlimited Fast Fibre broadband/ WiFi / DVD Player/ DAB Radio with Bluetooth speaker facility/ 4G Mobile Signal. Books, games, magazines, DVD box sets and movies are also provided. There is a Google Nest Mini to answer questions about the locality.

The mezzanine bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed with hanger space and chest of drawers. There's also a bedroom Smart TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster.

The double garage offers secure parking for a car, motorbikes, mountain bikes, kayaks and canoes. It also houses a Washer dryer a fridge freezer and a 'pull out' washing line. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate electric/ hybrid car charging due to insurance restraints.

Unfortunately due to its design, with spiral staircase and mezzanine bedroom with low window ledges, the property is not suitable for the disabled or children under 10.

Sorry no animals allowed. The Studio is strictly a no smoking/vaping property. There are no hidden cleaning fees.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send KEITH (the owner) a message.

If KEITH (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
