From the owner

Rustic villa Ursula with its centennial shine brings You back in time . Villa is situated in a quiet surroundings of Grižane, only 7 km away from Crikvenica. It has over 900 m2 of own back yardand a large parking area for 5 cars. The living area extends to almost 300 m2, located on three floors. We offer You accommodation for a max.of 12 in 5 bedrooms. All rooms are oriented to the south, with a magnificent view . The rooms are very spacious, each with a private bathroom with shower. Our guests have a hair dryer, a washing machine and a storage area, an iron and an ironing board rack at disposal. On the mezzanine between the first and the second floor there is an additional small toilet at your disposal .
On the first floor the living area is situated. It begins with the living room with TV (SAT) and free wireless internet . Connected to the living room are the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the small inventory and appliances (oven, gas stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster). From the kitchen you can step out to a lake-overlooking terrace and a balustrade, a covered terrace with a barbecue. The sundeck by the pool is paved and sunlit from the sunrise until the sunset. For entertainment try to play the traditional game of bowling on the “jog”.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Albin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
