The newly restored stone house is located in the hinterland of the seaside resort of Crikvenica in the Kvarner Bay. The small village of Blaskovici where the house is located is surrounded by nature, forests and high hills. So it's a quiet place, away from city noise and crowds, ideal for relaxing and family. By cons, if you are looking for animation, atmosphere, bars, restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches you will find 6.5 km away from the house, Crikvenica. The house is decorated in a rustic style that is representative of the typical lifestyle of this region. With a living area of ​​85 m2, it has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It is spread over 2 floors: - at ground floor,. you will find the bathroom and a toilet, a large bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds and a small bedroom. - in the first floor are equipped with ceramic kitchen, large double bedroom and another small room with a sofa bed.     Bonjour, Je suis Katia la propriétaire de cette maison et je réponds à Johnny: ma maison a été louée à de nombreuses reprises et jusque-là aucun avis négatif n’a été déposé donc je pense que le problème ne vient pas de la maison mais de la personne de Johnny lui-même je suis médecin et j’exerce la médecine depuis une trentaine d’années et je peux vous dire que Johnny souffre apres l’avoir eu au téléphone d’une peur émotionnelle et non cartésienne et voilà pourquoi je lui ai conseillé de partir en effet il faut savoir que c’est une maison de vacances Louée bon marché par rapport à ce que l’on peut trouver sur le marché Croate dans cette région de la baie de kvarner et ce n’est pas un palace !!!les personnes qui la choisissent sont Des gens proche de la nature et non des personnes maniaques qui se sauvent devant des petites araignées ou devant un crépi de mur qui a lâché un peu de poussière Quant à la sécurité ,mais de quoi parle-t-il cette maison est entourée entièrement d’un mur de pierre de plus de 2,50 m de haut qui tient avec une maison de chaque côté et Johnny veux verrouiller les portes dans la maison c’est un peu comme s’il fermait la porte de sa chambre à coucher dans sa propre maison c’est ridicule !! j’ai laissé les clés à la voisine parce que je n’ai pas envie que les enfants s’enferment dans les pièces de la maison mais pour les personnes qui désirent les clés il suffit de les demander quant à la fenêtre dont il parle ou quelqu’un pourrait entrer dans la maison mais c’est totalement ridicule il s’agit d’une petite fenêtre dans la cuisine qui sert à aerer un peu la cuisine si on le désir et qui donne sur un petit espace qui appartient aux voisins et qui est absolument inaccessible à qui que ce soit Étant donné que c’est une maison ancienne avec des murs anciens parfois il se peut qu’elle se déboîte un peu si on l ouvre un peu brutalement et il suffit simplement de la remboîter mais même personne ne peut entrer par là quant au chien des voisins il s’agit d’une vieille mère bouledogue avec son petit de quelques années qui évoluent avec deux petites filles de 8 et 10 ans et avec tous les enfants du voisinage qui vont jouer chez elles et le jeune chien aboie quand des étrangers arrivent ce qui est tout à fait normal quand on sait comment fonctionnent les animaux :il suffit de les apprivoiser en leur disant : »coucou c’est nous n’aie pas peur petit c’est nous « évidemment c’est un bouledogue il a une tête de bouledogue il n’a pas une tête de caniche et en plus ils sont enfermés dans l’enceinte des voisins ils ne sont jamais en liberté et des tas de femmes seules avec des enfants sont venus à plusieurs reprises et elles n’ont jamais eu le moindre doute par rapport à ses chiens mais Johnny doit être Un petit enfant peureux qui fait ses premiers pas dans la vie et pour le moment il y a des hôtes qui ont deux chiens un gros et un petit et comme c’est bizarre tout se passe bien malgré les deux chiens des voisins mais apparemment pour Johnny c’était Insurmontable sachez que la Croatie fait partie des pays de l’Europe où il y a le moins d’insécurité beaucoup mais beaucoup moins qu’en Allemagne Et croyez-moi que cette maison en vaut vraiment la peine Lisez les avis positifs et pas celui d’un hôte maniaque et peureux qui veut payer 100 E par jour tout en exigeant être dans un palace à 3000 E la nuit .
