The Upper Bakery is light and airy with a beautiful interior combining traditional & contemporary themes & sumptuous bedding, suitable for up to 2 adults & 1 child if .required (sleeping on a quality temporary bed) up to the age of 12yrs.

There are open stairs within the flat & a stair gate is provided if you have your child with you.

a travel cot can be available if you need

A fully fitted kitchen with everything you need, washing machine & all modern conveniences.

Bedroom has coffee machines & blue tooth speaker. USB point & torch available. Hairdryer & tongs.

TV is 50inch HD 4K with Netflix, DVD & wifi included

This is a top floor apartment so staircases to it.

Parking is on road outside property/drive, no permits or restrictions .

A 20 minute walk to beach or short drive, near golf course & takeaways & local shops nearby

Enhanced cleaning & a hand gel station & dedicated box just for my guests with antiviral/bacterial sprays, wipes, gloves, masks, gel, thermometer .All mattress covers & pillow covers changed between guests

Why can't I call Annette (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annette (the owner) a message.

If Annette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
