The idyllic retreat enjoys a sublime setting, tucked away in a quiet and tranquil location, yet conveniently close to the vibrant heart of Croyde village with its diverse amenities. Notably, The WHITE HOUSE is just moments away from the pristine Croyde Beach and the enchanting sand dunes that adorn the coastline, providing an ideal escape for those seeking both tranquility and proximity to natural beauty.

Upon entering The WHITE HOUSE, you are greeted by the grandeur of the expansive L-shaped lounge. The space is adorned with fresh white walls and hard-wearing neutral carpets, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and comfort. Divided into two distinct seating areas, the lounge features a wood burner, sumptuously comfortable sofas, a contemporary lounge chair, and a footstool. Entertainment enthusiasts will appreciate the Super Fast broadband, a full Sky package, a wall-mounted flat screen HD TV, and a DVD/CD/MP3 Player—all enjoyed against the backdrop of a crackling wood burner.

Adjacent to the lounge is the double-aspect dining room, characterized by solid oak flooring, a central ceiling light, and French doors that open onto the rear patio. How do damage deposits work?
