Forget the chintz, this is comfortable contemporary living by the sea with modern amenities to make your holiday effortless and memorable. If govt travel restrictions prevent you from coming after booking a full refund is given. A level short walk from the sandy beach of Croyde Bay it is half way between the coast and the lively village with pubs ,shops and restaurants and the all important Cream Tea shops. This detached bungalow on a quiet cul de sac with parking and a large level garden is perfect for families of max 4 including infants and over 24s mixed friend groups only. Not ideal for the elderly. Kick a ball about in the large level garden or just relax in this sun trap on the deck chairs, have lunch at the picnic table or BBQ after a days surfing. Inside double glazing and central heating make it cosy whatever the season. A sociable well equipped kitchen diner opening to the garden make family meals memorable. Superfast broadband and Smart TV in the lounge will keep you entertained. A good nights sleep makes for a good holiday so with little passing traffic, you can sink into crisp White Company linen and toppers with award winning Soak and Sleep duvets and pillows on beds, TV's in each bedroom, main ensuite and family bathroom. Note that no Bath or Beach towels are provided.Travel cot with mattress size 122x60 cm In the garage you can store all your sports equipment and Croyde offers as much activity as you can take including surfing, climbing, coasteering, walking, SUP. Unfortunately it is not suitable for the less mobile or elderly. Steep step to front door and no grab rails. For electric cars there is a charging station nearby. Charging at the house is not permitted. I hope to offer such a relaxing holiday in our beautiful village you will never want to leave.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
