Welcome to Croyde Peach Cottage, your haven of seaside serenity nestled in the exclusive cul-de-sac of Leadengate Fields. Immerse yourself in the charm of this chalet-style bungalow, ideally positioned just a short stroll from the vibrant heart of Croyde village, boasting lively pubs, exquisite restaurants, and trendy surf and beach shops. With a golden sandy beach minutes away, this retreat is perfect for families and surf enthusiasts alike.

Accommodation for Up to 6 Guests

Enjoy the comfort of three bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite, an open-plan lounge/diner, and a family bathroom. The cottage accommodates up to six guests, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups seeking coastal relaxation.

Private Garden:

Croyde Peach Cottage is cocooned in its own enclosed garden, providing a tranquil escape. Parking for two cars adds to the convenience. The spacious chalet serves as a perfect launchpad for exploring the blue flag-accredited Croyde beach, while other stunning beaches are just a scenic drive away. The cul-de-sac features a central, flat lawned area for outdoor activities, complemented by a private lawned garden surrounding the chalet.

Living Spaces:

Step into Peach Cottage through the semi-glazed front door to a warm entrance hall, adorned with terracotta quarry-tiled floors. The L-shaped living and dining area, flooded with natural light, opens onto the rear garden. Furnished with two 2-seat sofas, an armchair, and a well-stocked bookcase, the living space is equipped with a flatscreen TV, BT TV with HD sports bundle, Freeview, DVD player, and a portable stereo system. The dining area features a large rectangular table and six wicker chairs. Stay connected with BT Infinity Wi-Fi access.

Kitchen and Utility Room:

The kitchen, with terracotta floor tiles, boasts fully fitted mid-oak wood units, black granite effect laminate work surfaces, and modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, and toaster. The utility room, with garden access, houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A family bathroom is conveniently located here.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: Light oak double bed, 2 drawer bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with DVD player.

Bedroom 2: Twin room with garden view, built-in wardrobe, 2 drawer bedside table, and a large 3 drawer chest.

Bedroom 3: Good-sized room with a single bed and trundle bed, overlooking the central green. Features a louvered door wardrobe and a flat-screen TV with DVD player.

Bathrooms:

The family bathroom showcases a slate grey tile effect laminate floor, lemon walls, and a white bath suite. The master bedroom en-suite offers a spacious shower cubicle, polished chrome fixtures, and stylish white tiles.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
