Colourful, open plan seaside house in the heart of Croyde village, with only a short walk to the beach. Eden has a large sunny garden with a hot tub.
It's moments from Croyde's pubs and cafes and 7 minutes walk on a footpath between fields to the beach.
Eden has been designed with something for everyone. Whether its the comfy corner sofa, wood burner and smart TV in the lounge, or the sun room with sofas, bean, bags, smart TV and huge table football or the large, flat, grassed garden with sun-drenched deck and hot tub. Or maybe the private, hot outside shower beside the front door for after the beach or the quality bedding & mattresses and black out blinds in each bedroom for the assurance of a comfy night's sleep.
When everyone wants ice creams or take away pizzas or a trip to the deck chair cinema or pub, there's something pretty special about knowing you can be there in two minutes from your holiday residence!
Eden includes the following on the ground floor:
Large open plan kitchen/dining room which is well equipped with range cooker & microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The coffee machine takes Tassimo pods. There's a fridge freezer (orange in photos) and an additional undercounter fridge and freezer.
The breakfast bar seats 3 and dining table 9.
Two lounges with sofas and bean bags, smart TVs, DVD player, bluetooth speaker, wood burner, table football, board games, books and magazines.
Twin bedroom which can be arranged as a super king on request
Kingsize room with additional single which can be made up on request if there are 9 guests.

Soft bath and hand towels are provided for each guest.
The hot tub is included in the rental price as well hot tub towels for each guest.
Two dogs are welcome at Eden at an extra cost of £30 per dog. HOWEVER BETWEEN JULY 19th & AUGUST 29th 2019 WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING DOGS.
The garden is safely enclosed for children and dogs. There is a picnic table with benches & parasol, relaxed garden chairs, a coal BBQ and swing ball. Storage for your bikes and boards is in the large shed which also has a trolley to take all your gear to the beach.
The drive has parking for 4 cars.
Other things to note
There will be a cream tea for your arrival. There are also starter supplies of milk, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, toilet rolls and so on.
High Chairs & travel cot available on request. Up to two dogs £30 each per stay.
Super king beds on request, 9th bed (single) made up on request.
The Hot Tub is not included in low season weekly prices in Jan, Feb & early March. Please enquiry if you would like to use it.

2. Please be considerate of the neighbours. The hot tub must not be used after 9pm.
3. We do not accept bookings where all members of the party are under the age of 24.
4. Use of the premises (house, garden & hot tub) is restricted to the parties stated at the time of booking. No other party is permitted on the premises at any time (whether day or night) irrespective of length of visit.

We stayed here for the May bank holiday weekend and could happily have not left! Brilliant house in an amazing location. We were two families with two kids each. Perfect amount of space - big garden and table football were particularly brilliant for the kids. The dad’s loved the hot tub! The house is beautifully decorated and super comfortable, with everything you could want or need. The welcome scones were a lovely added extra, and Rachel is a great host, checking in on us to ensure we were all fine. Would absolutely return and recommend to anyone.
