Very confortable condo with Mexican style furniture, 3 bedrooms ( 1 king size bed, 1 double size bed, 2 single size beds ). Large kitchen all equipped (refrigerator, stove, gas oven, can opener, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishes & utensils).

Elegant quarry dining table for four people with extra chairs and a colorful living room that connects with the terrace, both with an excellent view to the pool and a nice breeze that come inside all day long. Everything to be confortable watching TV cable or using Wi Fi connection.

Spacious master bedroom located on the second floor (loft of the condo) connecting to its own terrace pool view, with natural roof and a breakfast table.

The bedroom has a walk in closet leading in to private complete bath (towels,toilet paper, soap). Also a little Laptop Friendly Workspace.

2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are located on the 1st level of the condo, they are independent and they share one complete bath (towels, toilet paper, soap).

Next the kitchen there's a Laundry room with washer and dryer machine.

The condo has common green areas, and swimming pools for adults and for children with showers, bathrooms, grill area and ramshackle beds under a fresh Palm Palapa.

Access to the parking lot, that counts with 24 hr doorman and you have space for one vehicle.

Terrazas Condos is a Brand New Complex located in a special neighborhood in La Crucecita, Downtown, just few minute walking to the Zocalo (Central Park) where you can find any type of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, supermarkets, typical handcraft shops, tours and many things to do. All the beaches are very close by transportation and also in walking distance. There are 9 Beautiful Bays in Huatulco, great Oaxacan Style Mexican Food, Easy Contact with Local People, Whale/Doplhin/Turtle watching, Sport Fishing, Boat Trips, Butterfly Reserve, Zapotec Ruins, Coffee Plantations for visiting and Waterfalls nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefano (the owner) a message.

If Stefano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
