Little Palm Guest Suite, located in a quaint island stone cottage, is the perfect romantic getaway. I'm proud that this property has received Trip Advisor's "Excellence" Badge and "Top Vacation Rental" award.

You may have seen Little Palm Guest Suite on HGTV as they filmed scenes for the show "Caribbean Life" here!

Half of our guests are honeymooners. Many are babymooners or celebrating anniversaries. Situated high a top a hill that borders the National Park, it has spectacular 280 degree views of the Caribbean. One of the few places on the island where you have sunrise to sunset views!!! For those who desire the ultimate in privacy & luxury, yet priced lower than the two island resort hotels or condos.

The impeccably furnished interior boasts a King Size poster bed with a new comfortable mattress. The room has a sitting area with snakeskin mosaic tile table and 2 chairs. The over sized sliding doors open to a fabulous ocean view and a private coral tiled deck. The opening is fully screened so you can enjoy the ocean breezes and the soothing sounds of the surf below. 2 additional mahogany French doors open to a private covered porch and patio. The suite includes a custom kitchenette with sink, A NEW FULL Size refrigerator added July 2022, microwave, blender, toaster oven & coffee maker, with an outside grill with side burner for cooking including all the utensils. The unit is fully air conditioned with Central AC.

The luxury bath with custom cabinetry contains glistening white carrera marble. The large shower with glass tile accents features an ocean view window and is big enough for two.

The Guest Suite has its own separate staircase and entry, with its own private covered porch, balcony and patio. It is very secluded and is situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Just a few steps away, a beautiful ocean view pool (See pool details in the Amenities section.) Little Palm's guest suite is the perfect place to pamper yourself and your mate for a wonderful Caribbean vacation you will never forget!

This is strictly a non-smoking suite. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund and loss of deposit. Suitable for a maximum of 2 adult guests, age 21 & over.

A rental car is required for your stay; a 2dr 4WD Wrangler is recommended.

The roads and driveway are paved, a jeep sits higher off the ground and is better for navigating the hills of St John; you would rarely need the 4WD.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
