VILLA LAGEM es una casa de dos plantas con amplias terrazas y jardín de 600 mts., con vistas al mar, en urbanizacón muy tranquila de ambiente familiar, a 1500 mts. de la playa, a 1000 mts. de centro comercial, a 60 kms. de Barcelona y a 50 kms. de Port Aventura.

Se permite fumar a excepción de los dormitorios.

A 8 km. de la capital de la comarca, Vilanova i la Geltrú designada como Estación Náutica, museos de renombre como el Museo del Ferrocarril, Museo Romántico Casa Papiol, Casa Manuel de Cabanyes y Museo Victor Balaguer, con largos paseos y ramblas, playas de fina arena que se le han otorgado diversas veces la bandera azul de la C.E.

A 20 km. de la capital del Penedes, Vilafranca del Penedes.

Ubicada en la comarca de El Garraf con un clima ideal durante todo el año y próximo a lugares de interés en Barcelona y Tarragona, cerca del Parque temático de Port Aventura y de númerosas playas de toda la Costa Dorada donde podrá disfrutar del sol mediterráneo.

La gastronomía autóctona de la Costa Dorada presenta un amplio abanico de platos de inconfundible sabor mediterráneo, en los que se combinan armoniosamente productos del campo y del mar: el xató, los calçots, la gamba roja de Vilanova, el rossejat de fideos y paellas de todo tipo son algunas de las especialidades más populares que han salido de esta zona.

Y para acompañar estos platos, ¿qué mejor opción que un buen vino? En las comarcas que conforman la Costa Dorada se elaboran excelentes caldos del Penedes y Priorat. Además, buena parte de los territorios vitivinícolas de la zona están incluidos dentro de la denominación de origen cava.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Araceli (the owner) a message.

    If Araceli (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
