House of one room, double bed. Sofa nest in the living room with two beds, optional cradle. Bathroom. Kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, microwave, iron, oven. Washing machine. TV DVD.Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. 2000 m shared. Two or four people.

The House environment located Aronces, on my Dick next to the Palacio de Selgas, two Km from Cudillero, typical village fisherman and two Km from the beach of Aguilar, blue flag. It is about 30 km from the airport, can be reached by motorway.

Activities: We can spend the day on the beach of Aguilar (2 Km) stroll through Cudillero (two miles), typical fishing village, with a maze of streets. Enjoy fishing on the pier, or hike through the nearby mountains visiting the typical brañas vaqueiras. Visit San Esteban de Pravia seawater pools or take a stroll through San Juan de la Arena. Being 50 Km from Oviedo it leads us to be able to visit any place.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Jose Luis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
