2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Home with Ocean Front Views Sleeps 4 adults comfortably . Fisherman's grand slam! You have your own dock and boat ramp. Vaulted wood ceilings with a classic cottage feeling. The porch will be the perfect place to watch the best sunsets and wild life in the lower keys over the open waters of Cudjoe Bay. The ocean breeze will greet you as you arrive on this location.

This 2-bedroom 2 bath house has a kitchen with all the extras to cook your catch or prepare a gourmet meal. There is a 4-burner grill for your enjoyment. The open floor plan and water views will be a lasting memory for years to come. For the boating enthusiast, the dock is on protected canal waters. We have patio furniture that seats 6 for your use. The cottage has modern furniture, new beds, appliances and flat screen HDTVs.

You are 23 miles from the best restaurants, historical district, and sites of Key West. Take a ride out to world-famous Looe Key Reef and swim with the large goliath groupers and explore a living reef or dive the world renowned Key West wreck the 'Vandenberg'. Be sure to visit Bahia Honda State Park, voted the #1 most beautiful beach in the US, Swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center, tour the Hemingway house, stop by the Truman Little White House, take your picture at the Southernmost Point, visit Mallory Square at the end of Duval Street for an unforgettable Key West Sunset, or take one of the many sunset cruises for the experience of a lifetime.

We, the owners, have been renting 3 homes for the past 12 plus years, and you can look us up as owners through number of positive reviews on various sites. We do our very best to provide for a pleasant vacation at a reasonable cost. Guests do not like too many rules and neither do we. We have kept the rules as minimal as possible so as not to violate Monroe County Rental Rules and keep our cabin enjoyable for you and for future guests.

Q. What are rules for this Rental at Monroe County?

A. Minimum Rental is 28 Days to a single family or party (no subleases allowed). This code from MONROE county is strictly enforced, and there are simply no exceptions to this rule. Rentals less than 28 days will never be considered. We typically request all guests to sign a lease with a minimum of 28 consecutive day stays to be protected.

Q. What is the max size of the boat we can bring and what are your good neighbor policies?

A. Only 24 to 30 ft. boats are allowed. While we do not guarantee tide or launch conditions, the average high tide is around 5 ft plus and low tide is 3.5 feet plus. The max boat size that has been comfortably docked has been 34 feet. Renters can boat and fish at their own risk following national, state and county rules. Guests can enjoy themselves within property lot lines. There is no trespassing into neighboring lots or swimming or boating into neighboring docks. See navigation map (in photo gallery) for entry and exit to from dock to the bay. Quiet time is from 9 pm to 8am. We are the few places that have a private boat ramp and incredible sunset views.

A. Check-in is at 3:00pm. Checkout is 10:00am. NO Early check-ins or late check-outs without prior permission.

A. This Cottage is an owner operated business. We meticulously clean between guests to ensure a most pleasurable vacation experience. There is a leave as you found it policy except for Linens. We ask guests to care for our cottage as though it were their own. Through the past 12 years we have never had to hold back security deposits. Q. How will I get the keys?

A. We have a lock box with a keypad to the left of the door. There are typically 2 online payments. First half is expected during booking and 2nd half 21 days before you arrive. A code for entry will be provided after 2nd payment.
