The beautifully designed Apartments & Deluxe Suites offer a classical, splendid and luxurious touch and feel with stylish artwork and mesmerizing fabrics, where you can relax in comfort. Ideally located with amazing panoramic views of Cuenca. Terra Sur Cuenca is modern and luxurious, located in the heart of the beautiful city of Cuenca.

With a luxurious and minimalistic décor of modern appliances and neutral colors, this 2-bedroom suite has everything you’ll need to spend a vacation spoiling yourself in your own private home away from home.

Both bedrooms have Queen-size beds, so this two-bedroom suite is perfect to host up to 4 guests, ideal for families or couples. All the bed linens and pillows are top-quality, so you will all have the most delicious nights of sleep, to dream with all the adventures you’ll have and places you’ll visit the next day when you wake up.

Both rooms also have a private bathroom for your convenience, with all toiletries included, as well as plenty of storage space, in case you want to store your clothes and avoid those annoying wrinkles that suitcases can cause. The showers are head rain style, so a nice and relaxing hot shower after a long day of touring around will always be an option.

For sure you will want to eat at one of the restaurants in the area, however, for those days you feel like having a nice, hot, homemade meal, here you can have it as the apartment has a fully equipped cozy kitchen, pack with everything you’ll need to cook from the simplest to the most elaborate meals.

And, if you feel like watching some TV or you don’t want to miss an episode of your favorite show, there is a LED TV with cable service, as well as great WIFI connection, in case you bring your laptop This two-bedroom suite is aesthetically pleasing and private. You can enjoy modern day luxuries such as high-speed internet, kitchen and dining area, and LED TV with cable. The building has a 3000 square foot terrace, from where you’ll be able to enjoy the natural beauty of Cuenca at its peak, as it offers you breathtaking views of the city.

It also has a laundry room, with washers and dryers for the use of all of our guests. So, you can pack light and travel only with the necessary, as you’ll be able to wash your clothes here. And, if you need to iron your clothes, just ask us and we’ll be happy to provide both the iron and iron board. The whole building has security cameras for you to feel safe, as well as free parking in case you decide to bring your car or rent one for your stay. And in case you are coming to Cuenca for work and need a place to gather with your teammates, the hotel also has two business meeting spaces that you can use.

How do damage deposits work?
