Attributes of this apartment:

The first floor consists of the kitchen, breakfast bar, laundry closet with the washer/dryer, living room, and half-bath and sliding doors to the balcony with a table and chairs for two.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need (except food!)…gas cook top/oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, slow cooker, blender, coffee maker, juicer, food processor, and full size refrigerator. Coffee/tea, condiments, cooking oil and spices are also provided.

The living room is outfitted with a large L-shaped sofa, TV (with HDMI ports to connect your laptop), DVR (with library of 50+ DVD’s). An abundance of windows provide a good deal of light. As a bonus Internet and a cell phone are provided.

The upstairs area has a queen-sized bed situated to avoid possible noise. There are large built-in closets and a full bath with a large shower (towels and bedding provided). Custom sheets were made for the bed in April 2017. The alpaca spread is new as of April 2017 as well.

Unique Benefits:

The apartment has everything a guest could possibly want for a 5 day stay or longer. The fully fitted kitchen, with a 6-burner stove and oven (plus a slow cooker), gives you the freedom to cook as many meals as you wish. The refrigerator is a large capacity standard size, not an apartment size.

There is a custom-made desk and wardrobe downstairs and two bathrooms make life very convenient.

You have access to shopping, restaurants and medical facilities almost at your doorstep.

The drapes for the patio doors and the upstairs windows were custom made in April 2017.

You have access to the parking garage if you rent a car at no extra charge.

Bedroom Extra: The bedroom is on the loft area. There is a queen sized bed with plenty of room to walk around it on either side. Bed linens were custom made April 2017.

Kitchen Extra: Fully equipped with a six burner stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, slow cooker, coffee machine, hot water heater and more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ryan (the owner) a message.

If Ryan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
