Brand new apartment ready to make your stay in Cuenca City unforgettable.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood in the fifth floor of the Torre Piamonte Building which count with 2 elevator for you comfort, 2 parking spaces and a bodega (for long term stays).

We are 10 mins away from the Historical Center of Cuenca, airport ,shopping center, pharmacies and hospital.

The apartment counts with a full kitchen and all its appliances for you conviniece if you like to prepare your own meals. Dinning table is suitable for 6 people as well as the living room.

Laundry room is inside the apartment for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own full bathroom, the other two bedrooms have a twin bed and share the same bathroom.

Lining and towels are provided.

Kid friendly apartment but definitely no pets or smoking allowed.

Well, first of all thanks Roberto for recognizing your mistake when you did the reservation at our apartment( BOOKING SAYS 3 ADULT PEOPLE) and I'm going to put an extract of the TRIP ADVISOR RULES : USE OF THE WEBSITE As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that (i) all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete. Unfortunately Roberto when you did the reservation the information was wrong, when we rent our apartmen we don't charge per person, our fee is for the all place, and we have a extra charge (20usd per person) if there is more than 4 people only if the guest is agree that we have only 3 beds , when you arrive there was 5 people , 3 adults and 2 child's, and I send you a message about the inconvenience trying to be the most polite possible with you, even that we had the right to cancel the reservation because of your mistake we did everything to make your stay very comfortable, in this case we are not taking your money , we didn't even charge you because for us to take the 40 USD you need to be agree and then TRIPADVISOR can send us that money, wich is not the case , in the future I recommend you to be more careful the moment that you put the information in your next reservations, for us it was a pleasure to have you as a guest and wish you the best for you and all your family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jorge's apartment. It is right on the bus route into town and close to all amenities. Parking underground for our car. It was all good!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jorge y Marcia (the owner) a message.

If Jorge y Marcia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
