A magnificent property to rent what ever holiday your looking for. A modern, spacious,5* townhouse with 2 King size bedrooms, which easily convert to accommodate 4 single beds. Ideal for either families or golfers. The ground floor boasts a romantic sun terrace which overlooks the golf course and the Almazora valley beyond. Relax on the sun terrace watch the golf, or enjoy the beautiful sunset behind the mountains while enjoying some local sangria. There is a selection of DVDs & novels available, or if your feeling energetic there are a variety of leisure facilities on your door step to enjoy. The property is newly built, with quality fittings and furnishings, and without doubt located in one of the most attractive locations on the resort. The huge roof-top is a perfect sun trap, furnished with sun loungers/table/chairs & a huge parasol for the scorching mid-day sun. The attractive pool is 30 seconds walk, yet not too close to disturb you. You will not be disappointed !

Golf: The 18 hole Championship Golf Course @ Desert Springs is an experience every golfer should dream of.

The 72-par Indiana golf course at the heart of the development reinforces the unique identity of Desert Springs. It was inspired by the top quality desert courses of Arizona, and is a visually stunning affair. Vivid green fairways strike a vibrant contrast to the surrounding arid landscape of cactus, rock, and desert flowers. The desert golf course design, and the Spanish colonial architecture make an attractive combination. The golf course also has a golf academy, with the latest technology to help improve your game.

Green Fees range from 50-90 euros, depending on the various offers available. ie Early bird, sun worshiper/ sun downer and twilight deals. Buggy Hire is approx 30 euros, and golf club hire is available from the caddy master. However The property has a full set of Left & Right handed clubs available to use at no extra cost

There is a stunning practice area, including putting green, chipping area and driving range to help improve your game, as well as lessons & coaching from the resident professional.

The course is without doubt the best kept secret in Spain. The greens and fairways cannot be faulted. The up-keep of the course is second to none, and of course where else do you get cactus and volcanic rock beds for hazards !

The club house provides great after-play refreshments, and the pro shop is handy to replace those lost golf balls !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
