The house comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and 1watercloset and a small shower, besides a bright living room with a beautiful view on the village and the sunset on the sea, there is another living room in the basement, perfectly cool during the summer heat and cosy in the winter, thanks to the pellets stove.
A fully equipped and sunny kitchen with a balcony leads to a wood’s staircase going up to the spectacular roof‘s terrace where you can enjoy an evening drink, celebrating the sunset.
The house provides the perfect place for friends or families who love clear blue water sea, fine mountain air and preserved nature or just having a rest in the hammock on the terrace !

The house is located in the heart of a village spread over a swelling hill of olive groves, crowned by the silhouette of a church. It is an authentic village which don’t need to pretend of being «smart». In fact, its situation at an altitude of 500 m and less than 15 kms from the sea make it a perfect base for exploring the region and will delight lovers of both sea and mountains with enchanting landscapes. The coast offers different kind of beaches (sand, amazing white quartz, turquoise and clear waters, hidden creek, wild cliffs). This coast is well preserved and conveys a wild enchantment. On foot, from the house, you can discover small paths going to a water fall on the mountain just behind the village.

A few shops, cafés, a famous restaurant serving wild meat and a well-reputed restaurant featuring fish animate the village which produces also an excellent olive oil.
At 20 mn drive, you can find golf courses, the only one in Europe open all year round. Other amenities in the area are: horse riding on beaches and salt lake, birdwatching, snorkelling, looking for ship relics and archaeological sites. The coast is especially re-known among surfers for the long waves and kyte surfers for the wind.

The basement’s living room comprises 2 sofas, a library, 1 small shower and WC.

Generally it’s possible to park on the street without any problem. The terrace is full furnished with table, chairs, a beautiful Indian bench with a lot of cushions, a wood chaise longue, an sun umbrella, a danish designed BBQ and the essential hammock ! everything to enjoy the spectacular sunset over the sea with the best conditions !

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Muriel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
