From the owner

Upon entering our villa, you will first be blown away by the view! Facing you, the sea and all our pretty little islands like Pinel and Petite Caye and further away, Saint Barth. Right in front of you and only for you, the superb infinity pool ... It is a real pleasure to take your meals on the huge terrace facing the sea, you feel far from everything and really privileged! On the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, the bedroom with the 4 single beds is upstairs. The kitchen, spacious, has a back kitchen that stores appliances and offers a second refrigerator, very useful when there are many! Obviously, we are equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, etc. The kitchen is open to the living room and also opens onto the terrace with a window that allows you to pass the dishes and also acts as a bar. In the living room, satellite TV and Wifi throughout the house. Upstairs is in fact a very large mezzanine with on one wing, a billiard room and library and in the other wing, a poker table! access to the bedroom for 4 is via a small private walkway. The terrace is designed to make the most of outdoor life, the sun and the infinity pool. A plancha is at your disposal. In the evening, the atmosphere is magical! Our villa is suitable for 12 people, 3 double bedrooms with sea view, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 baby bed at the back of the main bedroom and 1 bedroom upstairs with 4 single beds which will be perfect for children or teens. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet except the bedroom with bunk bed which shares the parents' bathroom. You have access to the entire villa. We also offer our villa in 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom versions, with a specific and suitable price. In this case, you have exclusive access to the entire house with the exception of the non-rented bedrooms and their bathrooms which will be closed. How do damage deposits work?
