Moatville Upper is the first floor apartment of a detached Victorian villa in Cupar.

It is possible to book both Upper & Lower together to make a sizeable property for a family or business group.

Located on a quiet residential street just 2 minutes walk from the Co op Supermarket, coffee shop, takeaways and with free parking on street or behind property.

House rules

The walled garden is accessible to both Lower and Upper apartment. For this reason we do not allow guests to bring/ hire in hot tubs, fire pits, pop up bars and similar. The outside tables and chairs can be used until it gets dark. ( In summer this is around 10pm) Guests are asked to leave garden/ summerhouse clean and tidy after use as this is a shared space
We don't allow dogs at Moatville. Castlefield Cosy Cottage one of our other Cupar properties is dog friendly.

Thank you for your review. Yes shops are very close by, the back gate from the garden opens into the Co op supermarket car park. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liana (the owner) a message.

If Liana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
