Agua Azul is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, Simpson Bay and the Porto Cupecoy marina complex. This Romantic condo is perfect for friends traveling together as well as a comfortable location for family celebrations. Please inquire about lower rates offered for less than full occupancy. This beautiful condo offers impeccably stylish decor with luxuriously furnishings and decorated in comfortable neutrals with splashes of color in an upscale design motif. The living area flows into the kitchen/dining area which will accommodate 4 persons comfortably.

The immaculate modern kitchen features granite countertops and is equipped with deluxe stainless steel Viking appliances, triple door refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots. Everything you'll need for the fussy gourmand.

A series of sliding glass doors lead to the terrace overlooking the marina, sea and bay, including outdoor dining area for 6 persons dining, lounge chairs and sofa for your enjoyment.

There are two spacious, very comfortable bedrooms which offer king beds and privacy for everyone... The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen satellite box, big walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with oversized deep soaking marble bathtub, separate marble rain shower, double vanity sinks and built in closets. This bedroom also opens directly onto a back terrace. Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, satellite box, closet space, and bathroom with shower, double vanity sinks and built in closets.

The community is the best on the island and is located on the upscale "Gold Coast of St Maarten (lagoon side)! There is a Special 'Lagoon Pool', a state-of-the-art Fitness Center and 2 Lighted Tennis Courts all beautifully maintained and available for the exclusive use of Porto Cupecoy residents and guests.
