The building is modern, with opulent touches and an atmosphere that encourages the conservation of nature. When you enter, you’ll be greeted by a guard house that offers security 24/7, a lobby and a reception desk. It includes two elevators which operate with the access key.
The apartment is modern and cozy. It is decorated with wooden furniture, which gives it a warm and welcoming feel. The dining room has a sturdy wooden table with four seats and the living room has a mesmerizing view of the forest.
The kitchen is spacious with Italian quartz finishes; it is fully equipped. It includes an electric stove, microwave with extractor, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need. There is a laundry room with both a washing and drying machine, there is also a basin.
There is a study room with a comfortable desk. The apartment comes with fast, high-speed Wi-Fi internet and cable. Additionally, the condo has two business centers for working or studying that you can access at any time.
The main room has a king bed, walking closet and restroom. The second room has a double deb, a closet and is in front of a complete bathroom. They’re both spacious and have a great view of the forest.
The apartment also includes a spot in the sheltered parking lot. It is very secure and offers privacy. From the parking lot you can access the apartment via an elevator or staircase.
The condo offers a semi Olympic pool, hiking trails, gym, BBQ, terrace in the fourth floor, and the business center.
Nearby, there are two small supermarkets, Vindi and Fresh Market. In these you’ll find all kind of products, even international ones. A bit further away, but still close to the apartment complex there are two famous supermarket chains: AutoMercado and Walmart.
The building is close to some of Costa Rica’s best malls and shopping centers: Plaza del Sol located 8 minutes away, Multiplaza del Este 12 minutes away, and Terramall, 15 minutes away. Here you can find restaurants, shops, boutiques, beauty salons, movie theaters… There is truly something to do for each member of the family.

El apartamento es moderno, acogedor y está decorado con muebles de madera que le dan un ambiente cálido y acogedor. El comedor y mesa en madera para 4 puestos, sala con vista al bosque.
La cocina es amplia con sobre de cuarzo italiano, está totalmente equipada. Cuenta con cocina en vitrocerámica, microondas con extractor y todos los utensilios de cocina. Cuarto de lavandería con centro de lavado, lavadora, secadora y pila.
Cuarto de estudio con escritorio, acceso a internet Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. Televisión con cable. Adicionalmente en el condominio hay dos business centers de acceso 24 horas para estudiar o trabajar.
La principal habitación es amplia y con vista al bosque, cuenta con cama king, walking closet y baño amplio y con acabados modernos. La habitación secundaria es espaciosa con cama doble, closet y frente a un baño completo.
Un espacio para parqueo, es cubierto, con elevador, seguro e independiente.
Las áreas comunes cuentan con piscina semi olímpica, senderos en el bosque, gimnasio, barbacoa, terraza en un cuarto piso y business center con excelente iluminación y privacidad.
Granadilla, donde se ubica Abitu, es una zona urbana preserva gran parte de su atractivo y belleza natural. Es una zona estratégica para vivir gracias a la cercanía de centros comerciales, escuelas, colegios, universidades, supermercados, bancos,
Vindi y Fresh Market son dos mini-supermercados donde se encontrará alimentos y productos de todo tipo para suplir esas necesidades cotidianas. También muy cerca se encuentran reconocidas cadenas de supermercados, como el AutoMercado o Walmart.
