If you are a single person, couple or small family, have holidays and want to get away from the city and connect with the Andean nature, I waited at the "Casa SiwarJoopi", where you will feel the hospitality of the Peruvian Andes. Come and discover the archaeological sites around the Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Park just a few minutes from the city and around our house. Share our delicious natural breakfast and enjoy the garden. We provide our villa, consisting of 1 bedroom with twin beds (and duvets), kitchen, reading room and bathroom with shower and hot water. We can offer the use of a mobile wireless computer to access the Internet (refills by guests). Breakfast consists of a mini buffet with fresh fruit juice or fresh fruit salad, slices of bread homemade, 2 types of jams made with typical and local fruits, fresh hot milk, butter, yogurt, honey, granola Peruvian coffee and / or herbal mates. If you want to make routes to the Sacred Valley and / or Machupicchu or other parts of the region, we contact you with a travel agency which we recommend, but we help telling you how to move and walk around the city or villages so that you discover so particularly the culture of this region! Chalet de la SiwarJoopi house is built with stone base, adobe bricks and wooden beams; inside, some divisions were built with mud and reed Kincha. He tried to keep building houses typical Andean villages, construction forms product of the colonial era, but adding modern touches to make more friendly every environment, likewise, respected the use of roof shingle, still in use in Andean cities. We have tried to decorate the rooms with typical and local handicrafts, carpets and blankets from the communities of Chumbivilcas and Chincheros, paintings by artist Chaska Arcos (with motifs of the spiritual essence of the Andean mountain), about complemented rustic details that offer to the cottage and a field environment! cusqueña atmosphere!

C'etait avec grand joix que nous pouvons vous connaître et comparter un bon temps avec vous. :-) Bon, juin et juillet sont les moix plus froids ici aux Cusco. On essaye avec un chauffage y les bouteilles avec eau chaux de faire une ambience chalureux y agreable. :-D Un abrazo fuerte de todos nosotros! Que les vaya bien y que regresen pronto! :-)

Why can't I call Liz y Fabian (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Liz y Fabian (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liz y Fabian (the owner) a message.

If Liz y Fabian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
