Respondiendo a tus comentarios, Según dices que no estamos en primera línea de playa, pero si el edificio, no se puede estar muy lejos si estamos dentro del edificio…. con vistas laterales a la playa con o sin toldo del vecino… (nunca decimos que son frontales y en la foto principal de la web se ve claramente desde la terraza) Las sillas, el sofá, todo el apartamento en general está igual que en las fotos de la web o mejorado en algunas cosas como por ejemplo las habitaciones que tienen cabecero y mesitas, televisión de 42. Los platos de ducha son 70x70 medidas estándar como la mayoría de los apartamentos de playa. El aire acondicionado con conductos en todas las estancias esta revisado y funciona correctamente, lo realmente incomodo es no tener aire en un apartamento de playa. La piscina puede ser hechos puntuales que se solucionan con el personal que hay de mantenimiento y lo de la charca remito a las fotos de la web tal cual, La lavadora el comentario que te hice fue que cuando centrifugaba hacia un poco de ruido, pero lo que a ti te paso es que se averió y no funcionaba correctamente, comentas que un vecino te llamo la atención y sentiste vergüenza… ¿y no nos llamas? Cuando te entregue las llaves personalmente hablamos que cualquier cosa que pasara me podías llamar, me tenías que haber avisado para solucionarlo, como lo solucionamos con el siguiente inquilino, puede pasar con cualquier electrodoméstico y se soluciona lo antes posible. Según tu opinión es zona alejada, en la web esta la ubicación y se puede comprobar en google maps. 10 minutos a pie tiendas de alimentación (PAN), bares restaurantes, heladerías y 7 minutos en coche supermercado (Consum), Me parecen exagerados tus comentarios y sí que alucino.

Estuvimos sólo una semana pero fue genial, el apartamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos limpio y con todo lo necesario y justo enfrente de la playa y los dueños muy amables

La casa esta súper bien y muy limpia. Tal y como aparece en las fotos. Al lado de la playa del paseo marítimo. Nos gustó mucho la zona.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact MARIA TERESA (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MARIA TERESA (the owner) a message.

If MARIA TERESA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
